the decision

it's not easy letting go..

that only i know.

collars of memories around my neck.

a future there was,

distantly lost.

no reasons to find it back.

decided on leaving.

silently grieving.

memories, dreams.. weighing down the backpack.

~randomly writing~

apologies. as much as i would like to record everything that i've been thru since 'lomo', right now, I'm kinda randomly recording things i remember down.

being busy and all (i know.. excuses), i wanna just record down wat i recall before forgetting it yet again.. :P

Suria Segar Lomography Episode

here it is.. finally gotten the vid of the program on Suria Segar. :D

Luthfi was contacted by Fadila, Suria's producer, to promote Lomography in their 'hobbies' episode on Suria Segar. Yes, it's in MALAY!! and Luth had to drag me along. :P

Suria Segar is a television program on Suria Channel (Malay Channel) broadcasted every saturdays morning (if i'm not wrong:P). Featuring the latest entertainment juice, movie previews, shows and events and Suria's latest programmes.

It was an honor to be on the show. Although I didnt really understand malay nor watched Suria Channel (cos i didnt really understand Malay, duh!), the team from Suria made it very comfortable for me thru out the whole recording.

Thanks Luth for givin the opportunity to promote Lomography locally. :D

ps. luthfi is working on a 'english subtitled' version of the vid. :D

Lomotion's First Exhibition - Tikam Tikam Exhibition '07

We, Lomotion, has finally came up with our first Lomographic Exhibition on 6th 7th Oct 2007!!! At Red Dot Design Museum. :D
We also celebrated Lomotion's 1 year!

Thanks everyone who have supported and helped in everyway. Can't possibly name everyone (cos really too many people :P). but you know who you are.

Why Tikam Tikam?

Tikam Tikam is named after the well-known local slang for our addictive childhood game of chance. The surprise element of lomography on seeing films developed into prints is uncannily similar to the childlike satisfaction derived from the good old Tikam Tikam indulgence.Come and be awed by the colorful world of lomography via an enormous and mind-blowing lomo-wall.

LOMOTIP & TRICK OF THE DAY - FISHEYE2 WITH STROBE FLASH
by pan_dre2007-03-05 17:23:39

Lomotip & Trick of the day - FISHEYE2 with Strobe FlashThe Fisheye2 has a new function, the bulb mode!! First thing that came to mind...the strobe!! Though it seems that the MF on the strobe flash doesn’t multi-flash with the fisheye2, but what could be done was to use both hands, one to hold the shutter open, the other on the flash ‘MF’ button. There you have it, Strobe Fisheye!! The effects of both the Fisheye‘s 180 Lens and the multi-flash capturing the movements.by ymmij.
